Permit Specialist

The first step in obtaining a permit for a new project, in Okanogan County, is submitting a Site Analysis. We use specialized, CAD software to provide a professional and detailed Site Plan. 

Water Adequacy is also required as part of the preliminary permitting process, to obtain a building permit. This includes coordinating with the water manager, for public systems, and well companies for clients with wells.​
