Water jetting the drainfield pipe to remove scum and debris is recommended as needed; annual D-Box cleaning and re-leveling speed levelers to ensure even distribution of effluent through all drainfield laterals, is also recommended to extend the life of your septic system.

3 / I was told my drainfield was failed. Can you fix it?
Oftentimes we can improve draining of effluent by water jetting to remove scum, grease, and debris. We can attempt this before jumping straight to a costly full system replacement.
4 / I need to replace my septic system or install a new one. Where do I start?
We have a Permit Specialist on staff who can help you through this process. The first step is taking property measurements, mapping out your current system (if applicable), drawing up a site plan, excavating a test hole to determine what type of septic system the Public Health Department will approve for your property, and submitting a septic permit to the County Public Health Department. Each county has different requirements for their permitting process.
Our experts can take you through this process to ensure a timely and seamless experience.
Once an application is approved, a licensed septic designer will engineer a design for you and submit it to the County Public Health Department for approval.
We are ready to install your new system once the Health Department approves the design and provides the Installation Permit.
We currently average 8 weeks from test hole excavation to installation permit in-hand, in Okanogan County. (Timing depends on many factors including, but not limited to: site conditions, design constraints, system type, etc.)
5 / How much will a new septic system cost and how long does it take to install?
The cost of a new or replacement septic system is determined by the type of septic system your property is approved for by the Public Health Department.
Once we have the installation permit, we can typically get your installation scheduled within the next 2-3 weeks. We average 2-4 days for installations. (Timing depends on many factors including, but not limited to: site conditions, design complexity, system type, availability of personnel for final inspection, etc.)
